I haven’t had yoga like this since I left the East Coast’ you can mix up combos of any style any speed’ I like to go slow’

My husband has been suffering from back pain. I finally convinced him to try this app. It was perfect for him and me to do together. Also they worked with me on the price bc we are a single income family. I highly recommend this app! If you cannot afford the price they really do help you out!
