Chris and Josh were absolutely amazing. They far exceeded my expectations in customer service. I brought in a return to amazon without a return label. I had 8 items to return and had NO idea what I should do. Not only did they solve my problem but Josh was extremely patient with me and didn’t make me feel like a smart phone dummy!! If you need UPS and your local see Chris and Josh on Monroe Ave. in Rochester NY. They are the BEST!

The Yelp for business owners app used to be great. Someone messages, you reply with a quote/info/etc. and go. Every time it has “improved” it has just gotten worse. I know it is to “help” streamline things but, seriously, it makes it take WAAAY longer and is more confusing to the customer when replying. Too many options now. Nothing looks or feels clean. Bad call guys. Bad call. Go back to keeping it clean and simple.

I own and operate a business, one which I took over from a previous owner. I have contacted Yelp numerous times asking them to remove the reviews which have absolutely nothing to do with me. I never receive any type of reply and they do nothing about my requests. Anyone can post whatever they want, be it a lie or a truth. Yelp will do nothing for you, unless of course you choose to advertise with them, and then it’s pretty much of the same- they do nothing. People who think Yelp is giving them the correct information on a business are sadly mistaken. Yelp needs to go away. I tried to use ‘I Hate Yelp’ as a nickname and it was already taken!! What does that tell you?

I recently started a business yelp page and got a call right away from Yelp. The lady was really obnoxious and her sales tactics were horrible. It made me not want to sign up. Luckily I have learned in the past and I hung up on her but not good customer service at all.

They are hungry for money and extremely desperate. They also keep charging you which is scamming even when you say no. DON’T USE YELP
