Every change is worse – Yelp for Business App Review

The Yelp for business owners app used to be great. Someone messages, you reply with a quote/info/etc. and go. Every time it has “improved” it has just gotten worse. I know it is to “help” streamline things but, seriously, it makes it take WAAAY longer and is more confusing to the customer when replying. Too many options now. Nothing looks or feels clean. Bad call guys. Bad call. Go back to keeping it clean and simple.
