I have 50-5 star reviews that yelp moved to non recommended . I called them they said computer moves it and they don’t know why but they offered me to pay them and they will work on it lol . What kind of business is this how can they still b in business ? If any business owner have same problem let’s get together and take this people to court or something. If you pay them they’ll Kip your customers reviews. Since when business owners have to pay for they customers reviews? Scammers very bad . I hope they take them Yelp completely down from review business. They just want $ .

I’m barely able to make meaningful contact with potential customers. The leads leave a lot to be desired. Not worth the money, then not to mention the hidden reviews.
Use another marketing strategy, NOT YELP!

From one business owner to another please please consider using another platform to market your business. Yelp is a great scammer and selects what reviews to put on your page even if all of them are good they will “hide” others for bogus reasons. Like many others, I highly discourage paying yelp for ANY services or ads. I paid over $800 for 2 months and when I called them they said they gave me so-called leads and sent me a report that they obviously produced. We were tracking the changes and got one client that contacted us because they found us on yelp everyone else was from Facebook, Instagram, and people saying they Googled us. Once we stopped our paid advertising our ranking decreased significantly.

Just saying Yelp Ads vs Google Ads. I got 1 lead vs 11 leads. And paid out over $350 to Yelp ads. Google was only 68$ the first month. Everyone that inquired never responded back, and I now find I get more inquiries just being on the app. So it’s a good service. Just not happy with Ads and their inability to help me start my small business. I was in the negative for a month because they would not help me out.
