Заказала такси. До работы ехать 15 мин почти по прямой линии. Отвлеклась на сообщение - шофер увез на Третье кольцо. Ему так навигатор показал. Этот же навигатор повел его самой длинной и загруженной дорогой. Google показывает маршрут за 10 мин, Яндекс ведет маршрутом за 30 мин через самые пробки. В итоге опоздала на работу, безумно зла. Ну нафиг, еще за такой сервис деньги платить!! Водитель сам был в шоке, не ожидал такой подставы. Uber в Москве теперь тоже так будет ездить?!!

Раньше был нормальный сервис! Последние 10 дней тарифы повысили!!!! Таксисты наглые едут кругами специально! Грубые и нахалы!------/-/--

Ни ху., вам звезду, поначалу низкий и видят что твой заказ постоянный маршрут начинают повышать тариф и типа не заметят и накручивают свою ставку не советую Гамно и гарантии нет

This app removed promotional codes at the next day. I didn’t ride but my promotion code was removed. I sent 3 mails from app and 2 mails from yandex site. Nothing. Developers and support didn’t answer. Go to Uber and Gett.
Glitchy app and very low quality of drivers

Spent 3 days in Moscow had to use the app. First of all, it won’t accept my Belgian phone number. Confirmation sms never arrives, had to use a Russian one. Second and most important, the drivers. They are awful. Some of them don’t even speak Russian well enough to understand anything, some have no idea of the city layout and rely purely in navigation software (that leads to a lot of issues as well). The majority of the drivers seem to have obtained the driving license illegally, they don’t know and don’t follow the rules, don’t use signal light to indicate turns or lane change, are speeding most of the time. So using this app you’re really subjecting yourself to a high risk of becoming a road accident casualty.
