Полное фиаско и по сервису, и по user experience, и по приложению - забыл кое-что в taxi. Чтобы увидеть номер и позвонить водителю после завершения поездки, пришлось ждать отклика приложения около 2 минут - оно просто не реагировало на нажатие кнопки звонка. В итоге перезагрузил app, а водитель уехал с забытой вещью. Связаться с ним удалось, но мне в итоге ничего не вернули - 2 дня отказывались по причине далеко / на работе / итд / , на 3 день перестал снимать. В поддержке яндексе на 3 день дали номер таксопарка с виртуальным номером, который после 18:10 просто не отвечает, на следующий день в этом «таксопарке» сказали, что этот водитель уволился. Фиаско. So, теперь вы сами оценивайте шансы того, что приезжие из средней Азии водители yandex taxi вам вернут что либо ценное. - окно обратной связи в самом app тормозит - нужно ждать около минуты! чтобы ввести текст в окно, а потом ещё столько же при попытке поправить текст. Приложение не реагирует на нажатия. Это просто trash, а не Яндекс. Ни в одном приложении я такого кошмара не видел.

Ровно неделю назад Моя девушка ехала в Яндекс такси, вечером, на светофоре до нее домогался молодой водитель. Она была в ужасе. Он повез ее по другому маршруту. Я уже отправил заявление в суд на эту контору. Отвратительно. Худшее такси которое не соблюдает не только Конституцию своей страны но и правила этики. Никогда в жизни не пользуйтесь Яндекс такси.

Yandex. Please tell me how can I order 6-7 seat van scheduled to pick up me at at 6am for my flight at airport. Either add it to Yandex app or give me back my (original) Uber where everything works! Seriously!

It my first review in entire my life for 20 year using internet. a) never got sms back b) meanwhile you can’t download Uber Russia due to it not available in all region so you pretty much stuck c) send 20 times to support that something is wrong and sms verification does t work d) meanwhile If you do sms verification for yandex account via web version you can book a cab but you can’t add bank details ... e) If you book from web for cache you will never get receipt to email why ?

Lack of quality selection of drivers. Hence, poor service, not maintained cars. On top of this - poor customer service. If you are overcharged or something else, you will need to spend lots of time to prove that. They don’t even allow you to call customer service from the app!!! Guess why?

The app is ok but I have a bone to pick with the newest feature added - it seems to be disallowing usage with vpn active. Every time I try to order taxi with apple pay it deadlocks by requiring user input on modal about “unsecure” (yeah, I’m gonna be judge of that) connection below apple pay modal, which seems to be waiting for modal. This suggests apparent lack of qa or maybe malicious intent. But I’m not even mad about that, but the fact that taxi app seems to have taken responsibility to police my connection on my own device? Yeah no, that’s a no from me dawg.
