Scheduled orders

The app and service provided is good, but for me one of the most important options is ability to make scheduled order (for example order of taxi for tomorrow morning to the airport). I use taxi usually to go to the airport and when I buy airplane tickets I already know the exact time I need a taxi. Unfortunately on the current version of Yandex.Taxi it is not able to make scheduled taxi order for the future. For example Gett taxi have this option. Please add the option to make scheduled taxi orders!

Очень плохо, что нет прямого номера, Куда можно звонить сразу при возникновении проблем с заказами!! Зачастую проблемы возникают с водителями (( И ещё очень плохо, что машин очень мало!! А в час Пик так вообще НИКОГДА не бывает... :(

Постоянно меняет оплату с карты на наличные в конце поездки. Уже который раз приходится ехать в банк и снимать наличные. Больше в жизни не стану пользоваться яндекс такси.

Prices have shot up recently, by up to 100%. The app frequently tells you there is high demand at the moment, as a kind of justification for the high price. Your driver is often quite far away, and/or driving in the wrong direction.

Приложение со слов разработчиков становится вроде бы как лучше, но дорабатывать ещё нужно много. Например, невозможно выбрать место назначения на карте вручную, при запуске пишет название улицы или вообще района города и так принимает заказ, а Водитель потом не может отметить, что прибыл, ведь точного адреса в заказе нет. Служба поддержки помогает, но только по телефону, в самом приложении не ответили ни разу. Да и возможности там написать о багах вроде как и нет. Новый значок (ярлык) приложения уродлив и не несёт вообще никакой смысловой нагрузки. Тут Яндекс во всей своей красе - задумали классно, с реализацией чуток подкачали.

Awful drivers with this app

Used this app a couple of times. Drivers in Moscow don’t know the street layout, pass you and mark as you start the ride or arrive in another place, call you and ask you to cancel your order otherwise start the ride. Don’t use this app at least in Moscow. “Gett!” app is much better and the price is cheaper.

Worst taxi company

I ordered taxi. Drive set arrived and than i received call from driver to cances as he dis not accepts card payment. I canceled order and was charged. DONT USE this Fake taxi service!

GPS problem

I don’t know what kind of GPS are your taxis using but almost all the time drivers don’t know where to come. It would be great if you’ll fix it somehow. And almost everytime there’s problem with the increased prices. It seems like increased prices are starting, not the other, low ones.
