After I pause a device and I re-enter this app it is giving me error messages system unavailable at this time. Constantly happens I do not recommend getting this app it is completely useless

Im a real person, in the hood Brownsville and i LOVE Xfinity and Comcast. Just pay your bill people and they Are the BEST. Never had an issue and if I did they resolved it. If you lived or live on the Beach and moved you would get it. I HATE At & T
