Every time I talk to a representative I get different information. And my bill go up every other month and they all say something different why.
So many problems, it's a joke. Junk.

Stiff back
The app cannot accurately locate me or known hotspots even within my own office building. How about this: I'm located several blocks southwest of where I am and others in my building are located a few blocks east. Way to go, Comcast.

Do not upgrade!!!
Installs "security software" and then you can't delete it... does not allow tethering... constantly switches back to cell data without warnings... This is the biggest scam garbage on the net.
Works-ish, mostly when it feels like it.

Won’t connect and asks me to log in every time it detects an xfinity WiFi signal. Will connect to random WiFi networks while I’m driving though. So I will suddenly lose connection to my music or my maps because the signal is “buffering” Great concept, execution sucked.

Never knew Comcast had so many hot spots this app works great very pleased with my xfinity wi fi super fast stable right thru hurricane well worth the money hot spots auto connect it’s seamless highly recommend Don F

This only works for when I'm on the xfinity tv go app and it keeps logging me out like every 3 minutes
