I like that it works mostly everywhere you go. But sometimes it crashes ?

Present version (9/'17): kinda par for the whole Xfinity experience. After being installed for 2+ weeks, it decided in didn't have the right wifi profiles downloaded. Hopefully now I won't need to open this app every time I want "automatic" Xf wifi access any more. 2 week later update: no joy. Unlike when I used this before up to 7/'16, 90% of the time I need to open the app to get Xf wifi access. 1 week later update: downgrading to 1 star after spending several hours out & about. I found not only did I have to re-log-in to Xf e.v.e.r.y time I wanted WiFi Access, but I also needed to re-install the WiFi profiles all over again — yes, each time. Seriously, Comcast?!??

I travel a lot and when I do, I rely on my hotspots to take care of me. Will, to b honest, this app hardly ever works in areas I travel. EVERY TIME when I need to get on, it keeps asking me for my Password. This is horrible and not accepted. I've done so many tries to get on that now nothing works for me. If u use this---- beware and good luck. Maybe u can shed some light.

Continuous Xfinity disappointment!!!

Every single time I try to upload this app it takes forever along with everything else that Xfinity does… if I can give it zero stars I would This company continually rips people off just because they monopolise the majority in their designated areas. My email also has major issues! Why is it that my other apps don't do this! If somebody else has this app working great please reveal your secrets… I don't have time, nor do I have a ridiculous amount of dinero that it cost for their i'm godly over priced services. I am constantly seeing angry, disgusted, and fed up reviews and complaints on Facebook and other social websites about XFinity! I've been with them for over 20 years… Not by choice either. This is the only service that is provided in my area. I'm not allowed to have dish network on my condo either!! Help!! This is the second part of my review. I recently got Amazon prime and I can't believe how happy I am :) I am working towards firing Comcast/Xfinity for good if possible. I know that I can purchase my own phone unit to work for fax because that's all I need it for. There has to be another way is to completely rid of this disease that's trying to take over. I next search will be is my own modem and a different Internet company. Bye X Finity! I'm on my way out.

I'm a professional driver I spend most of my time out on the road so folks can have their everyday items. I have Xfinity internet and TV. I was told that I could use this at any hot spot. Well I've loaded this app for it and it will not connect!!! I've tried several times in many different places across the country, zero,zilch,nada! Not happy! I've tried touching the icons on the closest spots still nothing! Ive gone into my phone settings checked them to see if was my phone still NOTHING!!! I hate it!!!

I've never used this application until now and I enjoy its advantages especially when I'm away from home. Great product I'd recommend.
