Sometime remote

When it works it is fine. I have to say it only works 50% of time. The other time I get message that I do not have correct box. Well we know that is not right if it works sometimes. It is frustrating at times but I have grown use to it. When it comes to electronics and software you have to come to terms that they do not work all the time.

This app. is so convenient, it's easier for me to use the app. over the remote/cable guide, it's all listed in order like a regular TV guide speaking for myself obviously. and then, I don't have to be in my room, I can look threw em while I'm pulling up at home then change it to what I want to be on. :)

Easier to use than the remote and "guide" on Comcast. Besides, you can change the channel from anywhere and screw with the kids. Love the app. On a serious note- I feel you can get better idea of what's on tv, in a faster way, than the remote with comcast

Great for changing the channel. However, if some kind of message from xfinity comes on the screen there is no way to clear it out. Since there are no buttons on the box either, this is very annoying. Also, would be nice to have a rewind, fast forward and pause buttons. This seems like the beginning of a great app
