Excellent App but One Time Credit Payments Needed – Xfinity Mobile Review

Love the app, service and phone but you need to include anytime one time payments like we can do on our cable bill. Example: I currently owe nothing on my mobile bill but I want to pay a little extra now and have a credit balance. I have a credit balance on my cable bill right now for $120.00 so when my cable bill generates on the second of next month, I’ll barely owe anything and I have peace of mind knowing I’m fully paid and will have extra money for next month. On the mobile app, I can’t do that. I see I can pay extra anytime on the device itself but it should also be an option for the mobile bill. I’m sure a lot of others would like the option to make one time payments toward the bill and have a credit balance. I’m also sure that would help with less people having late payments, etc. It makes it easier for us to owe less on our upcoming bill if we have extra money through the month and it ensures you get paid in full from more mobile customers. It’s a win win for you and us.
