Apps rendered useless after most recent updates.

10/31/2020: All three of my essential Xfinity apps were working just fine until the most recent round of updates. Xfinity My Account, Xfinity Home, and Xfinity Mobile were all updated mid to late October 2020, and now none of them allow me to login. All three get stuck in various loading phases while trying to load the app. I did all of the troubleshooting recommended on their site/forums/community recommendations, but no luck. No mention of the issue on the site, and after reaching out to customer service, there seems to be no known issue reported, but after reading the most recent reviews from people for all three apps, this appears to be a widespread issue. I hope Xfinity can clear up the issue, because it’s obviously an error on their part somewhere in the process. I am also having issues with their desktop website and logging in as well, which also points to it being an issue on XFINITY’s end. Hoping this is resolved soon.

Have had my security system for over three years. Have never had any problems with it. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good security system.

I had written a poor review due to it not working when I was on my home WiFi but it seems like the issue was finally fixed. Use this app daily and is great now that it is working again

I’ve never had surveillance outside my house with my security system prior to this. The app works well and allows access to past and live video. Also being able to set the alarm from anywhere is spiffy. Just in case you forgot to set it as you left, of course.

Honestly, Xfinity Home app is very convenient to have! I love being able to review the activity, receiving calls immediately if my doors or windows become compromised. Furthermore, having the end of complete safety within my home helps making a peaceful home.

Purchased 4 cameras from Xfinity and out of the four three are working. My fourth camera is unable to pair up, because they changed the apps to accept only the new cameras with the Bluetooth. So I was told I will have to purchase their Bluetooth cameras. Basically I have lost $400. I asked why would you sale me cameras you all knew that Xfinity will no longer support. It’s not fair to the customers and they should replace these cameras they sold to me knowing these cameras will not work with the new App.

App says 1 sensor open but touchscreen says 0. Another issue is a deleted automation keeps disarming security


Not functioning -chat with an agent

Used to be great, stop working

Bring the old app back

For the last 2 weeks or so, this app completely stopped working. I tried rebooting, updating, and re-download and nothing has worked. My touch screen panel works fine in the house (with the security camera) so it is just the app unfortunately. App support was no help either.
