It’s ok... for the most part

I wouldn’t pay for the app! Good thing it’s free. Use FaceID and it still requires the PIN to be entered. Buggy. Freezes up or let you stare at a hypnotizing spinning icon for ever because it forget what it was supposed to do. Regularly have to force close the app and restart it to get it to work. And in the day of modern technology and home integration... no Siri or Alexa integration.
After update...

After the update my security cameras are no longer picking up on motion like they used to. I’ve rebooted them to see if that would help solve the problem but still hasn’t. My RING doorbell is picking up on things my camera has yet to even acknowledge! It’s extremely frustrating especially for the price I pay for the service.

I am very happy with my alarm system except for the front garage camera. It keeps disconnecting. I can’t climb up to unplug and replug it on a daily basis. There must be a bigger problem. Ew camera? I’m not a tech so I really don’t know. Thank you

App hangs when setting alarm more often than not. Sometimes I have to cancel the set and try to arm again. Still hangs. Gives me zero confidence that my home is actually protected. I’ll be going elsewhere when my contract is up.

Motion Sensor does not work well I do not know if it is not installed in a way it suppose to be. I tried it many times
Update Failure

Since the latest update I am no longer able to remotely arm or disarm my system! I've been IN my home and the app does NOT connect! I've been in my garage and the app does NOT connect! Is there an internet speed problem you ask? Well, xfinity is my internet provider as well. The touch screen seems to randomly restart. I've been at work, or even sound asleep in the middle of the night AFTER I know (thought) the system was armed and I and my home are safe. Then suddenly, out of the blue, I get notification that the system has been armed! How does the system arm or re-arm itself once it has already been set? I am losing confidence in xfinity's ability to keep me and my home safe and secure!

This will go to 5 stars when they male the app compatible with Apple Watch and I can arm/disarm from the Watch app.
