Logged into the app to cancel an alarm, after authenticating to cancel the alarm, loading screen just kept circling me taunting me and did not cancel in time. What’s the point in successfully authenticating if the app itself does not work after?

The cameras always seem to have a connection error, you have to completely exit or sometimes reset and it is very frustrating. I feel like it should be quick and easy for peace of mind, especially when you want to see the front door and can’t. I do wish there was audio as well, for $199 per camera I was expecting just a little more.


Does what you need, but with a few issues

This app does what you need with a nice UI. But I cannot give it 5 stars. Some of the automation rules that existed in the web interface (which we can no longer use for rules) are not present in the app, even after several years of releases. And a few bugs come and go. The prior camera view reliability issues I had seem to all be resolved now. The app really is good, with a little effort could be great.


Slow.. and slower

They seem to keep trying to make sure this app open up as slow as possible..I use a iPhone XS Max..or a iPad Pro 11 with the high speed package. I use to arm and disarm my house.. and use my thermostat and other lights controls.. and find myself.. looking at a app just load.. It’s 3 am and I have to let the dog out.. and I’m stand with my phone.. and 3 dogs waiting at the door..so the app will load and I can disarm it with my phone.. really.. it cool..


App stopped working

Whole app just won’t work now. Have tried on other phones with same issue. Was working up until about 3 days ago thought they might have been haven issues and just needed to roll something out. Will update if it gets resolved.

Considering the amount I pay for Home Security you think it would be asking too much for the interior cameras to work. I used to like this app and now I can’t ever get the cameras to load on the app. What good is home security if you can’t see what’s happening. Xfinity needs to do better.

When trying to active the alarm from, it responds very slowly, if at all. That creates a problem when we are out of town. Please correct this issue.

I have the quad, tel,security , internet, and and great cable tv, and after all the others I have tryed , price, dependable service,great cable system, the only thing that is lacking is a outside remote security camera, maybe some day Comcast will catch up!
