This app continues freeze that it doesn’t open up. When it do open it don’t response to any commands! Please fixed it . I try deleting it and download it again but it still do something!!!!!

App was okay in the beginning. I used it to check my email and look at who’s calling my landline when I am at work. It worked great for about a year. NOW when I check my call log it is not right. Each call says “answered” and the next line item is the same call but says “missed call”. It never used to do that. It would just say missed call because that’s what it is. Why would it say answered if no one is home to answer? Terrible app. Waste of space

Horrible app. So many glitches.. app closes on its own before it even loads. So painful. Perhaps Xfinity should hire better Developers.

Had issues with this app but support was very helpful, can’t complain. It may have suffered in the last but seems to run great for me now.

It freezes EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I always have to get out of the app and get back in for it to update and pull up new email. Please make it possible to see SENT box and to show emails by who sent it. It’s a terrible app :(

The service is not really up to par!!! The text service is not very good at all!!! And email service acts strange and glitchy a lot of times

Mediocre app for iPhone, but virtually unusable on an iPad- Constantly crashes, slow, and doesn’t load email some of the time. This is on a recent iPad running the latest version of iOS...

My notification for my email hasn’t worked in over a year. Although the switch is on (showing green) I still do not get the alert sound. All of my other apps work fine.
