Good deal

Erva71

The fact that I can forward the house phone to my cellphone saves a lot of headache and confusion as a caregiver. Now I do wish it were cheaper especially for a senior citizen, but it’s my only real gripe

Great

Hamand Beans

I have not had any problems with the app and have enjoyed it. Sorry to see it going away. Will the text be replaced with another app?

Has a few issues

Momwoody

I use the app a great deal. Mainly because I can go on the porch and still hear and answer the phone. I love that I have email, text & voice all on one app. It’s so much easier than 4 or 5 different apps. I understand you are going to terminate the text messaging feature. I really wish you would reconsider. The voice messaging and texting were key reasons I choice to have a home phone. I use my tablet for these features and it’s great. Especially sense I have poor cell reception. Please do not do away with this feature.

Has annoying feature

Frankyp88

Please , Lease, get rid of the new pop out side panel. It is annoying, shows text too small to comfortably read, it is annoying, pops out when not wanted, it is annoying. Please get rid of it. Frank

Great! Maybe

I have to stop using this app on my phone because it has put me in the most embarrassing situations. For example I might address email to somebody one person and then it adds someone else never intended. Oh my God do you realize the ramifications of having an email go to someone for whom it was never intended? It also does this when you're simply replying to someone it adds other people in. I looked in my sent mail and I was horrified at how many times it had done that. Tonight I started a brand new email to someone and it seem to be OK so I sent it. But when I looked in my sent mail it said it came from my address and it added someone else with the same first name I don't know how it could have done that it's utterly ridiculous. Plus I just updated the app on February 2, 2020 in hopes that it would fix the problem but it didn't. please fix this embarrassing problem!

Many issues with app

BelEAfour20

Often the app will not retrieve my email on my phone.

Xfinity Connect is almost perfect

M0therofP00dles

I am extremely pleased with Xfinity Connect when it comes to my day-to-day email transactions. I am not pleased with it when it comes to using it with Microsoft Outlook. The latest updates to Xfinity Connect are not compatible with Outlook. I was told I had to get a professional account in order to use MS Outlook with Comcast email. I have been using Outlook for my personal email for 11 years and all of a sudden xFinity wants to deny me access to the application I have used for years — not for business but for my personal use.

Connect

So far no problem here. 1) The one thing I do like is the ”Contacts” You can go directly to your contacts and edit at any time without going to a main online email and updating. 2) The only down fall is you can only use Xfinity email. If you have a office email, etc. you are out of luck. I do have a couple of other emails that I’d like to maintain. 3) In all, there is something about Xfinity connect that always brings me back. And I do have a very strong desire to only use Xfinity. We’ll see. Thanks for a great app!

Garbage app. Doesn’t even open anymore

WordKing79

App doesn’t even open anymore. I’ve had issues where I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall app to get it to work for a day or so. Completely ridiculous that iPhone X size screen as it’s been out for years now. It seems like this app doesn’t get any development at all and it’s sad. It was at least stable before. I have no idea why the issues since the last “update” but will likely have to wait another year for an incremental update that probably breaks something else. Who supports/develops this app anyway? Seems like some hack in his basement.

Okay

Okay. It works.
