Wish it was better

The past month or so I always get logged out of the app while idle a few times a week. Really annoying. It was perfect during the summer but now not so much. If this ever gets fixed i will up star rating.
This app is terrible

Does not support multiple devices. Frequently does not load email on my Ipad. I have had to delete and reinstall the app 4 times in the last month. Otherwise it just spins and spins and never loads the email. I am constantly getting requests to rate this app and I do rate it as needing drastic improvement, with no action or even follow up to solve this particular problem. If I had another choice I would stop using this app.
Email is TERRIBLE

Email was recently "updated" online and on the app. Since then, it takes forever for email to load. I use this email for work and an now considering switching providers. I don't have an extra 10 minutes for the system to load every time I check my email.

I’ve had Comcast for several years decided to put the Xfinity connect app on phone iPhone 8 it hasn’t worked properly since day one I’ve uninstalled it twice and put it back on nothing changes email doesn’t get forwarded properly always loading just complete joke Comcast should be able to do a better job

I have to log in all the time. Crashes. Doesn’t load new email without a struggle. None of this used to be an issue. (Nov. 2017)

I had this app on my galaxy s5 and it seemed to work ok. Now I have the iPhone 6 and this app is horrible. I have to restart the iPhone to check my Comcast email. After that when I try to check it again it just comes up with no network found or I just spins and spins regardless if I’m using WiFi or mobile network. So basically I can check my email once after I restart the phone

I used to love this App. Now it either errors or or asks me to log in every time I go to check my email. Sadly right now I need to see my emails while on the go....and I cannot.

App is suddenly crashing on iOS 10.3.3. Crashing issue is specific to this app only.

I use only for email and after the latest round of updates, the app is buggy and super frustrating to use.
