The new World of Warcraft: Legion Companion app for iOS lets you make the most of your time in-game, wherever you may be. Use the app as mission control for you and your followers and easily track the progression of your Class Order Hall.
TRACK WORLD QUESTS: View your active world quests and emissary bounties from directly within the app! You can check out the rewards and figure out which quests to do once you’re in-game.
MISSION CONTROL: See which missions are available to you in your Class Order Hall and get them started, all while you’re on the go. You can complete your missions and collect your rewards, as well as manage your followers, upgrade their gear, and recruit troops for future missions.
ORDER HALL PROGRESS: Conduct research and track the status of your Order Hall tech tree to maintain the momentum of your in-game progression.
** To use all the features of the app, you must have World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: Legion, an active World of Warcraft subscription and at least one character of an appropriate level. World of Warcraft accounts that don’t meet these conditions will be able to log into the app but will not be able to select any characters.

App does exactly what it says it does. It’s fantastic for me because I work out of town for weeks at a time. When I’m home I’m able to gather an abundance of war resources from world quests, and when I’m out of town I can complete follower missions from my phone to get Azerite, currency, and reputation. Sure they could’ve done more with the app. But it’s a great app nonetheless

The main thing I use this for is to check which emissary is up each day. But it’s broken af. I usually have to restart the app 4-5 times before it shows the current emissary. I keep expecting it to be fixed but it seems blizzard is really lax about bug fixes these days.

This could be so much more, it hasn’t even regained the features it lost when they switched from the armory to this. I thought with time they would add to it but clearly after a year, they aren’t going to do much of anything with it. I’m sad at the loss of interaction, the lack of guild features, no mobile auction house, the featureless character viewer is very disappointing compared to what we had. I really hate that it only focuses on BFA content and does nothing for lore and quests. I really enjoy the older content and I’m leveling several characters slowly over time, I would REALLY like to be able to send people out in class hall missions, garrison missions, navy missions. Even my 120 characters still go back and interact with that content. It would be great if we could interact with all of it and the fact that we could in older versions is just really disheartening. “Only the new season matters” so sad. Such a rich game full of amazing things and they just give up on 98% of it.

Feels like it was hacked together overnight by Blizzard’s D-team. Doesn’t have a polished interface, doesn’t even feel like it’s an official app.
Not the armory

I miss the armory app, I didn’t care about the AH. I liked being able to quickly load the app and look at my toons or talk to my guild. This new app is slow to load and asks me to sign in everytime

The application works like a well fit glove. I would suggest though if they had any sense, they would curve into classic with an app as well to please the original gamers with an easier auction house.

I’d give you a five star rating if we could have a toggle to switch between expansions. For example if I wanted to do Legion quests for either alts I’m leveling or max level characters that are doing Legion campaign quests it would be nice to switch the companions I have access too.
