Always Errors Out

I cannot get the one tap authentication to work. No clear path to enter manually.

One touch not working
Jqhalal

Recently the one touch stopped working. I believe it stopped working around the last maintenance time. Manual entry is still working for me, the issue is just with one touch.

Buggy needs unbugged

It’s bugged. Devs need to test it. Initial request shows up and goes away. Would have given 5 stars. Good to have otherwise though.

Solid app

Why can’t every Authenticator work this well?

Not even worth 4 imaginary bag slots
WhiskyTater

Between juggling multiple constantly changing authentication numbers, failed syncs and a forced log out that made me miss a WB I’d been waiting on, don’t even bother. Come on Blizzard, do better.

I only did it for the free stuff in wow, but I don’t like it because it’s more of an aggravating step to just log on

A competent Authenticator
Joe Bagadonitz

I recently upgraded my iPhone. Blizzard automatically upgraded my Authenticator; everything continued to work seamlessly. This might not seem like a big accomplishment, but it was far superior to my experience with Microsoft and Google’s Authenticators. Microsoft required me to delete and then re-create my authentication credentials for Microsoft Teams. Kind of a pain in the butt, and a definite time waster. Nintendo only allows you to use Google Authenticator as an authentication app. My Nintendo login credentials did not transfer to my new phone. Worse still, Google now requires you to set up Google Authenticator as your 2FA for gmail in order to continue using Google Authenticator for other sites (like Nintendo). Not cool at all. Props to Blizzard for being the least incompetent of the bunch.
