What’s with the automatic zooming?

I have been playing this game for a long time, and I really enjoy it. A recent update will automatically zoom the board when you play a letter in the classic game. This is distracting as I like to see the whole board when I am making a move. Please turn it off, or give us a way to turn it off. This is on my iPad Pro.

A good game but…

I have been playing words for years and never had a complaint until these last two updates. Please please please get rid of the stickers. They block the bottom line of the game and they are a pain. Also this latest update which now zooms in on the screen is in the first place nauseating and in the second place you can’t see the whole screen or the scores depending on whether you have it in landscape or portrait mode. It makes me not want to play anymore. It just makes me seasick. Please back those two things off.

Really don’t like it when there are strange words that show up and are allowed that have no definition. Also don’t understand why there are lots of foreign words that are allowed.

Great game, but HATE, HATE, HATE the new UI. Either give us back the old one or provide us with an option to NOT have the board expand so that you can’t see all the board or the surrounding power ups. Really? Do you do any usability testing at all?

I am sure this feature is popular with many, but I donot care for it. Spend more time undoing zoom to see complete board than it is worth. Maybe there is some way for this to be an option? Thanks for listening.

Why did you start enlarging the board every time you attempt to play a letter? I want to see the entire board at all times. Is there a way to turn it off?

This app has the lowest reward system of all gam s. You once haven the daily 3 points. Now it is one point. And you automated the rating of great. That is mot right.

Hate the zoom....

....Really hate it, loved this right up until i had to unzoom everytime I played a letter...makes it hard to see other options...can I turn this off? Otherwise I would give you 6 stars.

Too hard to get to an actual game and, as far as i can tell, they don’t have the automated games anymore. So, so many ads. Felt like it’s just a bunch of ads with occasional game play.

Clunky, Slow, and WAY too many clicks

After every move you get 1-2 ads PLUS in-game ads trying to get you to play one of their like 10 daily tournaments or whatever. Each ad takes forever to finish, not to mention the 2004 animation for their in-game ads (or animation when opening chests or rewards, etc). Most of the time you have to close out of the app because the “X” to get out of the ad doesn’t work. Ultimately, the developers could make the app so much more efficient by simply limiting the pop ups and the amount of clicks it takes to get to where you need to go. Quite poor user experience
