Limited Functionality, Expensive & They WIll Charge Your Card

First off, I have been using WordPress to host my business website for the past 2 years as they offered better pricing than some others. Unfortunately, since my Mac has been disabled I am limited to using the iOS (iPad) version, which seems to be lacking in functionality and does not allow me to make certain modifications (like embedding code or widgets). Some other features I would have liked require that I upgrade to a far more expensive version that I do not need and thus find that WordPress’s pricing is somewhat expensive for what you get (especially if you just need to be able to tied it in with your URL). Now, the worst problem I just recently experienced is with their billing. I am someone who prefers to have my account charges handled manually, so in this case I had the Auto Renew turned OFF. Yet to my surprise, WordPress still charged my card!!! To make matters worse, the only way to reverse this (since there is not CS to speak with) was to downgrade my plan (which I was going to do anyways). The automated message stated that it would take them 7-1o business days to refund me if I am eligible. Well guess what? I am F’g eligible since they were not authorized to charge my card in the first place and the authorization/funds should have been reversed immediately. Submitted a Billing Support request, have yet to hear back from them ..... not even an automated confirmation of my submission!! If you choose to use WordPress and pay for their upgrades, make sure to remove your c/c info after payment (especially if you are on annual billing) to make sure they can not charge you illegally like they did to me!!
Block Editor Ruined Input Responsiveness

Who is doing QA over at Wordpress? Block editor is not production ready. After Block editor updates typing words in the editor on both the app or windows laptop keyboard has slowed to a snails pace. It takes a couple seconds just to type each word, probably because you’re clogging the system for garbage internet spam and internet ads that most people block out anyway. Either pull the block editor completely to invest in enhancing the classic system or take down the editor for major coding repairs.
App is still having issues!

This app continues to crash, freeze and act glitchy. I don’t know why but I do know I hope you fix it. I used to rely on this app for everything blogging and now the frustration is no longer worth it.

I get sync errors, image upload errors, unable to upload posts errors on a daily basis. I give up. At this point it's actually better to just do it all via Safari, the wordpress app is broken ?

I have had nothing but frustration trying to write posts using this app on my iPhone. It begins to jump between sections on its own, like its possessed, and unless you hit “update” it won’t stop. It will do this over and over. Clean this bug up guys- it makes it almost impossible to blog on an iPhone. I have updated software on an 11 Pro Max, and it is the same whether connected to cellular or WiFi (ultra fast). FIX THIS PLEASE!

This app is and has always been extremely buggy. Recently it has grown worse; when I switch between blogs I’m looking at, it will give me the stats for the one I was looking at initially. The post editor is extremely clunky and fails to save more often than not. This is the only app I have ever reviewed and it is because they really have no excuse.
Won’t recognize my site

No matter how many different ways I enter my URL this app will not recognize my Wordpress site. Extremely frustrating.
No longer can upload pics or simple blog post

No idea why but it’s frustrating because I hardly blog to begin with due to time constraints so when I have a quick moment to upload this just makes it so much frustrating please fix and then I will make it five stars again I need this app or any app not login to a site I literally can’t even remember the password
