I like the app which is rare for me, I use the desktop version and the app for different things but they are both useful and work!

I love this app! Super useful. I really enjoy the new updates and features. I would definitely use this and will recommend it to friends. It is possibly the easiest and most convenient way to make a website. However, I do think that some improvements could be made. For example, I often get unwanted suggestions and remarks that are not necessary. Also, when I go onto my site, the recent changes that I have made don’t appear. I do refresh the page, but find it doesn’t show up until the next day. This was a huge problem, especially, when I posted a link that led nowhere. When I tried to update it, it didn’t show up until the next day. Please check this out, and if you can, update the site more often! Love the new changes, and overall think this app deserves a 4 star review.

I was researching a rental and it said I had to download this app. So I did. And I looked up the website to the rental I was trying to research and it said that that company hasn’t posted in a while and there was nothing to see. Super frustrating and a big waste of my time ??

The block editor is awful. I have lost so much control over how my post looks. I have already started working on a Square Space site.

Unable to upload products. Scrolling down accidentally closes the the page you are working on. No draft save option. No undo option if you have updated. You cannot go back. I shifted from wix to Wordpress but so far hating it
Have to pay more for customer service

If you have a free or personal plan, don’t expect good customer service. I wrote to them with two separate issues and both times received totally useless, unhelpful replies.
Widgets Aren’t Working

The widget keeps telling me to sign in. I’ve signed out and signed back in am still seeing the same issues. Pretty disappointing.
Terrible App - Not user friendly

Had to do a fresh install on my iPhone 11. Downloaded the app and I just go round and round trying to log in. Have to log out to log in. Check email for link that is always expired. Done these for three straight days. Deleting app and reinstalling, turning phone off and restarting. Nothing works. So frustrated that this is not a user friendly app to install and log in. Ughhhhhh. I am so done with trying.
