I love Wolfram, I hate this app

Wolfram makes some really useful tools - tools that are flexible and recognize real-world descriptions and values, and then give you useful information back. This app is NOT useful. It forces you to use specific values for input types (for instance, down payment is a percentage, and causes an error if you try to use a cash value)... and the app isnt smart enough to auto-fill values with local information (like tax rate). The app also doesn't allow you to take other pieces of information into account, like Mello Roos. Wolfram Mortgage would be less than useful if it were free (and with no retina support, it's pretty darn ugly too)... but at $1.99 it should be avoided at all costs. Check out "Mortgage Calculator™" instead (its the one with the gold-and-brown logo).

Can't see interest rate while typing it in Can't see monthly payment breakdowns. Expect more from the brains behind Mathematica.
A sore disappointment

Hard to believe this came from wolfram. I had purchased this thinking this would harness the power of wolfram alpha with its ability to pull real world, realtime data into calculations (mortgage rates? Local property taxes? Housing trends and real estate market performance customized to your location?) I was so far off the mark. Instead it is a ridiculously simplistic calculator that is unacceptably buggy to boot. Avoid. I will be seeking a refund on principle.
