This stupid app creates notifications that tell you it wants to communicate with the blood pressure monitor over and over, despite the notifications been explicitly disabled in the notification section of the phone. Horrible! I can’t believe Apple allows this to happen!!

App has a hard time syncing with my body cardio scale. I had to completely reset my scale and create a new account for everything to work properly.

Quality products and the app is improving under Nokia, slowly regaining functionality that was present before Withings was acquired.

The app looks great and is very user friendly. However, it has some syncing issues with Steel HR watch & apple health app

Labels are between grid lines, some are above, and some are below the grid line they belong to. This is easy to fix, but has not been fixed despite repeated requests.

Withings app was much better. Don’t upgrade to Nokia How does a startup like Withings do a better job than a Nokia like big company is a classic example of this app. Not sure why the app interface had to be changed. This is a much downgraded version of the original Withings app. Pls get the same interface back.

Just purchased the Healthier Heart Program, one of the Wellness Programs integrated in the app, only to find out that it keeps on crashing even after reinstalling the Health Mate app. UPDATE: It now works but I’m not sure how it got fixed after contacting customer support and was told to try it again.

I changed the password thinking I might have just forgotten it but it just won’t log me in. The problem is with the app. It’s been a few days so I may have lost my data on my phone by now. This app got so much worse after Nokia bought Withings.

Step counter is now feeding data faster, however, it now requires you opening it twice; the first time, it instantly crashes, the second time it’s opened (in close succession), it works.
