Lynn, the good witch, and her witch-hunter husband Edward, are about to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary. I enjoy games by this developer, especially the map with the indicators fo where you have things to do and if you have found all the collectibles in the area. There are two flaws in this game, the map stopped working at one point, although it started working again, and the antagonist in this, and many other games, always seem to be female. Rather sexist, don’t you think?

They give you a slider to turn off the voices, and the first thing that happens in the game is it yammers at you. The instant after I have sent this I will delete the game. Ugh

Overall, I liked the game. Puzzles were interesting, nice storyline and pleasant music. My real complaint is the load times between scenes. In the main story it's just about tolerable, but in the bonus chapter it's much worse. I timed the longest one and it as 40 seconds. Doesn't sound bad but when you frequently have to change scenes it adds up to a whole lot of waiting.

I really dislike the creepy little elf helper. He annoys me in all the games in this series. I dislike the puzzle where you need to reposition characters to match the pose in a picture. I didn't like the train puzzle. It responded too slowly and made the puzzle tedious, rather than challenging. The HO scenes were okay. The map seemed okay. Seems like an old game, though it's presumably new. Not worth $6.99 for me. When the price comes down, I may buy it.

While I enjoyed the game - as far as I got in it - I did not enjoy being booted all the way back to the beginning not once, but twice. I wish I could get a refund!!
