Lengthy waiting for chips

The time to collect your bonus chips is so long!! I had to download 3 more games to play for hours just to play this game again also the Facebook posts are few and far between!!! I enjoy playing when I have chips to play with! So Suggestion; offer up more chips to at least the VIP players the email notification are useless and the messenger is pointless to open I questioned why and what was going on on messenger and received a response to get with technical support lol also when contacting support the response had nothing to do with the question I was inquiring about I also had an issue with billing and they refused to credit chips or refund my money they told me to contact app support which is what I was doing at the moment I guess they forgot what department they were working in so buyer and player beware support team is absolutely no help at all!!!

So after running "777 Fire" for 1000 spins, here is what I learned about the multiplier and bonuses. Keep in mind that the support that answers review in the Apple Store says the number generators are random (implying they should be completely random, because it's not stated otherwise anywhere else that I can find). Multiplier on 3 of a kind 1 line: x2: 24 times x3: 10 times x4: 5 times x5: 1 time x6: 0 x7: 1 time x8: 2 times x9:0 x10: 0 x11: 0 x12: 0 x15: 1 time In a normal (standard) distribution we should see a bell curve around the number 7, on their prize scale this is the 8x multiplier. Normal bell distributions are around 70-75%. What we see is a 81% distribution around the number 2 number (3x multiplier) with 54% being the lowest number available to players. This is not random as claimed. This was one of the only things measurable in this one slot game. Very little transparency on probability of wins.

This seems to be the only way to reach anyone. Your game keeps trying to do the latest update and it can’t, keeps saying there is a problem - try again. Well I’ve been trying for 3 days, won’t update. I’m in Illinois.

Please someone show me how to do a Zero stars for these criminals. Not only did they duplicate debits on my bank card And giving me the run around. They did post my review about the details of their con game scam when you purchase in app coins. Be very careful and not make purchases if you want your money in your bank account. They literally stole mine and now they hiding my reviews. This was made today and yesterday Feb 8&9th. Customer support should be ashamed at stealing such a small amount from me. However if they get other players they hit jackpot every day. BEWARE. You’ve been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Difficult to keep playing

This game makes it so hard for you to get Winning coins to actually redeem them for something. The only way is if you make enough Winning coins is to make purchases in the game. And you need like 1000 Winning coins just to get a $1 Amazon card. Lol if you pay $20, you get 1400 Winning coins, and that’s only worth $1 in redemption Once you think you won a lot of coins in the game, it seems to make you lose it all instantly. I made my way all the way up to 300billion, just to see it go away in a few hours. Its not just a one time thing, it happens very often. It’s their way of getting you to keep playing or to make you quit.

Seems to once again be a bait and switch. Although fun to play and easy to get coins watching ads. I downloaded because I saw this in an ad in another game and said I could win real prizes from amazon. Lies!

Every time I get on it is out of stock, which I get on frequently to check. There is way to many pop up ads (just like every mobile game.) in this game. It is quite fun to play and addictive. Overall pretty fun but there is VERY low stock.
