I have been trying to contact and never got any response from anyone in regards to not getting a purchase that deducted money from my account. I am one that has made multiple purchases from the App. I tried to purchase two $9.99 purchases in a row. I received one but not the other. The company is quick to take your money but when there is an issue they never respond. I enjoy the games and made many purchases in the past. I will never purchase another coin package again as the manufacturer does not care about its customers!

I would give it a zero. They just want you to spend money. I finally deleted it. In 25 minutes I went through 250,000,000,000 coins with no big payouts and about 50 pop-ups. Ridiculous, I shouldn’t have to click a million things off the screen just to play. I would NEVER spend money on this. It’s a rip off.

I lost over 50 billion in chips because of a game error and management refused to compensate me for my lost. WTG best business decision of the year NOT!!!!

Absolutely ruined the Rick Star game! I guess they thought it was paying off to much so they tightened it up no it doesn’t pay off hardly at all. Used to be my favorite game, now it’s one of the worst.

I would give you 5 stars if there was a way to opt out of the Level Race side game. It is awful and interrupts the slot play too often. Please tell me it’s going away soon.....like tomorrow.
