I’ve been playing these slots for over a year. So much fun! Until after Covid-19 hit and then 6 weeks later .... WHAM! Slots tightened and it is much, much harder to hit big wins and jackpots. A very noticeable change. The use of BOTS is inexcusable. A game developer should never use company owned bots in gameplay when they are taking real money payments. It’s dishonest. This has been my favorite game and is now looking like a dud ☹️. I know that there is money to be made by the developers, however, I think sheer greed has factored in here. It appears they are trying to force player to buy coins now by tightening the slots and shortening the odds. The ruberic has changed considerably on this game. I am very disappointed. I had grown to love these games. The changes?? Not so much at all!

When you play 20-50 billions coins with not 1 winning (and you actually bought the coins with your cash) it IS NOT WORTH IT. Just play for free and entertain yourself for free. Last 3 weeks or so I keep getting booted out of game. Had to go back in 3 times one day just to get my daily bonus. I’ve got 135 billion coins and I am afraid to delete and reinstall cause I’m afraid I’ll lose all my coins. What can I do besides just Quit playing. It’s Absurd to keep getting booted off. It’s the only slot I have that does this!!!!

This game has taken over a $100.00 from me and kicks off when you buy. Yes I checked and have been charged. I like the games but I’m not very tech savvy so I can’t get my money returned or coins. Probably will play down what I have and delete. Very upset. The Medusa game will not let you have your jackpot. It is showing gold and won’t change. Once aga ripped off of $15.00 more today on level race. Come on. Kicks you off when you are playing it. I had seven in my inbox and got only three. Paid for the second chance three times and it kicked me off. No more money for this big money making scheme. Will be reported to better business. I am not wasting my time sending emails and all that when I figured out it’s a scheme. 11-2-2020 around 5:15pm you ripped me off again of $49.99. I need to just delete this stupid rip game. Up to about $200.00 ripped now. What the heck? And I don’t understand the emails I’m getting. Do something from there. I know you can tell when this happens. I haven’t played in over a month because the the multiple ads while you are in the middle of playing a game were maddening. I thought you would fix it, but it has still not been fixed. I’m not playing or spending a cent as long as you allow these ads to continue interfering with game play. Who thought this was a good idea?! It totally changed the flow of the game.

For one, please get rid of the million pop ups in the middle of a game. You do it on purpose hoping most people don’t have passwords on their accounts for purchases. I shouldn’t have to click one pop up 3 different times to close it out. My god, between the stupid cards and leveling up which is a joke, piggy bank, just everything. STOP. Plus you’ve screwed me many times by the constant pop ups when I’m trying to win a tournament. I rate a zero but can’t.

Your max bet needs to be more than 6 billion when you have a few trillion dollars worth of coins on here and you’re only betting 6 billion you don’t feel like you’re getting anywhere because you’re not winning a bunch but you’re not losing a bunch
