So Suggestion; offer up more chips to at least the VIP players the email notification are useless and the messenger is pointless to open I questioned why and what was going on on messenger and received a response to get with technical support lol also when contacting support the response had nothing to do with the question I was inquiring about I also had an issue with billing and they refused to credit chips or refund my money they told me to contact app support which is what I was doing at the moment I guess they forgot what department they were working in so buyer and player beware support team is absolutely no help at all!!!
