App is great. Simple and easy to use. I can save my favorite orders so it I can order quick and even choose when I want my food to be ready to be picked up ???????????
Special Instructions option

Wingstop, Can you please add an special instruction option when ordering through app. For example I like mine with extra sauce and I can’t request for it unless I call, which turns out pointless ordering through app. Thank you.

I ordered a classic combo when I arrived they said ”enjoy your boneless wings.” PAUSE.... I never order boneless wings. I explained how the app was buggy and was almost unusable. They said ”well that's what you ordered” I said ”nope, that's not what I ordered. And I'm not accepting that bag. Let me talk to your manager.” she said ”I am the manager” I then said ”I am the manager” I'm like ”okay let me get your badge number and your name” then the lady said ”well if you want the wings it's gonna be 17 minutes” I'm like ”okay, that's fine.” Even though I know it takes 14 minutes to make them. But whatever. I don’t blame them. I BLAME THIS APP. It’s been 8 months considering its March 1st 2018 currently as I’m writing this. Do us a favor and make it usable so your not losing money with customers giving people wrong orders. Thanks.

You cannot Pat through the app and your order is NEVER READY. Prepare yourself.
Apps is not user friendly

After putting in the order, it ask for payment options but after you chose pay at restaurant it rejects it and doesn’t gives you option to enter credit card anymore.
Problems with checkout

It doesn’t let you checkout, you get all your items in the cart, click “checkout” and it just goes to a white screen with the total and a button that says continue. You click continue and a screen pops up saying “You must fully pay for your order. Your remaining balance is $$$.” It doesn’t have an option to pay or add a card or anything.
