I place an order on the App for mix and match wings. I received tenders instead of the wings. I didn’t see my order until after work. It was my first time ordering from Wingstop. It was busy so I didn’t get a lunch break.

Boneless wing nonsense

I’ve never had an issue using this app to order wings to pick up at a later time. My only gripe is the way that this app constantly tries to shove that boneless wing nonsense down your throat. Boneless wings are for kids! If on the rare occasions I wanted boneless wings I would go someplace else or make them myself. Some of us choose to order food through Wingstop so we could eat actual WINGS!

Need more payment options

This is 2018 for crying out loud!!!! Why is there no Apple Pay option much less the ability to use a credit card? This way all I have to do is walk in, get my food and walk out!!!!! Seriously this needs to be addressed in the next update.

I downloaded this app because I work late and I know most of these restaurants are open until midnight. I think it’s simple, and easy. & the service is fast! I can pick it up as soon as I leave my job. One of the best food apps I have on my phone!

I love the connivence of the app and how simple it is to place a quick order. Usually when I call the store by my home, it’s busy and I’m placed on hold. With the app, by the time I order and drive over, my phone is ready to go.

This app is not perfect; but I have not run into any issues at all. I’m able to order my meal it’s simple enough to use and the Wingstop where I’m at does pretty well about having my order ready on time. Only way it could be better and 5-starred is if maybe they include points or coupons for using it so much; have a member ship; or something intuitive to get rewarded for using the app. I am a customer that eats from their 1-3 times a week so I think I deserve it lol.

I placed a pre order on Friday for Sunday at 2pm, to be able to watch the game with my dinner and they didn’t even have my ticket in. I don’t know if it’s because of this app or the location I went to or what but this drive wasted some of my time. There’s no point in an app having the preorder options (up to a week in advance), if it’s not gonna be just that. Smh
