I’ve used this app the order food on way home a few times. It’s very reliable. The only thing I would do different is to be able to pay before I get there.

I was disappointed I placed my order but when I went to pick up the order it was cold with condensation inside the boxes and fries were cold very disappointed

I was in a hurry to get home so I ordered online and i placed 3 combo meals i go and get it its perfect not to long of a wait I received the order and left get home one bag breaks from the bottom and bam i lose my wings and then i got the other bag full of items and im missing fries

This app is so simple, and the fact that you can delete a specific order and fix it without loosing all the other information is very neat.

Overall I like the app a lot. It’s simple to order anywhere; no need to be at your computer or call in. It gets the job done. It could use some UI work though. As someone else has already mentioned, when you view previous orders it doesn’t tell you specifically what you got, just a very basic description (i.e. 8 piece boneless combo) and the price. So it tells you what you got, but it doesn’t tell you the flavors, what sides you got with it, etc. You have to select it first, then in your basket you can see what exactly is in it. But that’s annoying because if it’s not what you want, then you have to remove it from your basket, go back to the previous menu, and keep guessing until you find the right one. It would be nice if you didn’t have to go into your basket, but instead could see all the items on the first menu. Second, when it auto-fills in your phone number it’s in the wrong format. It auto-fills with a 1 in front (USA phone code or whatever), but the format in the form does not have room for that. So it basically adds the 1 and cuts off the last number of my phone number, which means I have to delete it and put in the correct phone number every time I order something. Like I said at first, I like the app over all. These are just some specifics on what needs to change.
