“Sorry! We’re having trouble loading” constant error every time I open the app. I cannot see anything and then it closes itself. Nothing is working

I have texted the reps about 3 times to let them know that my app keeps connected to UC Davis and I do not attend that school they have told me multiple times they will fix it and nothing has been done and the last time I message them they haven’t responded back. They have very horrible people working to fix it.

I downloaded this app to obtain information about a local forest fire. During setup it asked for my age, college email address First and Last name plus permission to sent notifications about events in my area. That is when I bailed out of the app. I downloaded Fires app and could not be happier with that app. BTW I am 63 years old and happily married.
