Virtual Conference

This was the second year in a row that what utilized Whova for our virtual conference. The functionality and accessibility is wonderful, and very user-friendly. However, the support is sub-par. In the past two years, we have gone through 3 account managers and was never notified of changes. They have online “guides” for problem-solving but we were really tasked with figure the details out ourselves. The biggest kicker is all the fees they charge after you pay the initial fee. For instance, we were charged $600 for a poster presentation that had 6 posters.
Fly Fishers International Virtual EXPO

I thoroughly enjoyed the virtual EXPO this year. Hosted and managed by Whova. The the event was excellent! Lots of opportunity to interact with other participants. I was able to connect with numerous friends from the fly fishing world from across the United States. The workshops were excellent and the quality of the video streaming was just fine. A few technical difficulties, but I believe those occurred by the individual presenters.
Easy to use
Love how easy it was to use
I loved how easy it was to use Whova! I love the REFORMA conference on Whova this year. I participated on the virtual workshops, find the schedule and navigate between the days and times to review and change my registrations as needed. I was even able to add things directly to my calendar by simple clicking on the +calendar sign. Love that I can go back and watch the workshop again for the next six months as I couldn’t be on all of them at once. Thank you for reading!

As a first time user of Whova, I am impressed with how simple maneuvering around the app is. Attending a virtual conference became interactive in more ways than would be possible in person. Meeting and connecting with people in this virtual world was simple, fast, and allowed for so much information at the tip of my fingers. Each link was exceptionally easy to access. I especially love the space to take notes, and store data. The bonus was being able to participate in chats during presentations as well as access several presentations at once. Virtual conferences on Whova will change the way conferences happen. Whova paved the way for me to see how accessible participating in a conference can be from the luxury of my own space.

I recently attended a conference and the association i being too used the Whova app for the conference. The app was super user friendly with everything an attendee may need to know at the touch of your finger tips.

This app is the go to for virtual and hybrid event management. I am at an alumni event for my college hosted through Whova and the integration between the phone app and the web app is flawless. Really well done platform ???

Was an attendee for a statewide conference with over 1000 attendees. The technology and transition from mobile g desktop was seamless. Would definitely recommend for other conferences.
