Virtual Conference – Whova - Event & Conference App Review

This was the second year in a row that what utilized Whova for our virtual conference. The functionality and accessibility is wonderful, and very user-friendly. However, the support is sub-par. In the past two years, we have gone through 3 account managers and was never notified of changes. They have online “guides” for problem-solving but we were really tasked with figure the details out ourselves. The biggest kicker is all the fees they charge after you pay the initial fee. For instance, we were charged $600 for a poster presentation that had 6 posters.
