As a new shopper of this organic life, it would def make it easier if I could search for specifically what I want and the app lets me know what aisle to go to. Publix has this functionality and I love it. Whole Foods is huge and I can easily spend hours in there just wondering around trying to find what I want.

You can do nothing but pull-up the barcode for prime members and make a list if what you want. You can’t even search to see if Whole Foods carriers a particular item. Deleted app a couple minutes after downloading.
App logged out, SB manager refused to let me use prime discount.

The Santa Barbara manager made me get out of line because he didn’t believe I’m a prime member. This app has logged me out and there was no service to log in. Had no idea we had to have our phone number registered with prime if the app doesn’t work. Had to call multiple people and finally my mom gave me the phone number she uses on hers (not her cell number). Respect your customers, especially with half the store being empty due to panicking people hoarding everything.

I use this for one thing — scanning my customer ID barcode at checkout. But I pay for all my purchases with my Apple Watch wallet credit cards. Could you please make it easy for me by putting my Wholefoods customer ID barcode on Apple Watch wallet.

Is this really owned by Amazon...judging by this crappy app, it don’t think so. Go speak to those guys in Amazon and have this fixed so that it is actually useful for purchases...

I stopped fumbling through the terrible app specifically to come write this review. Whomever is responsible for this app should lose their job, their home, and their kids should be forced to go to public school in Chicago or Atlanta. It’s like they tried to make it useless. And THEN with the account linkage to AMAZON...it is literally a constant loop asking you to verify your phone number and when you do it, it takes you to a screen that tells you it is not linked. Fire this person. Immediately. Yesterday. Undoubtedly a millennial that wants UBI. Absurd.
