App doesn’t work anymore

Le_Samourai

This app used to work wonderfully well a month ago. I would just let the scanner at my Whole Foods store scan from my phone and all the Prime discounts applied. For last one month, this app just doesn’t work. It keeps waiting to bring the prime code that needs to be scanned, takes forever to bring my account info, etc. it is frustrating to the point of being useless now. I have stopped shopping at Whole Foods anymore due to this app and due to the corona virus situation.

Uhhh it gives small coupon absolutely nothing more

So apparently the main feature of this app is to be able to make a grocery list, the exact same process as writing one down on any piece of paper or even identical to text typing your grocery list on your own, except done inside of this pointless application. I was trying to just simply BROWSE THEIR PRODUCTS and not even THAT was seemingly possible. It honestly is a real pickle trying to figure out what they paid anyone to make such a worthless app to do

Add an Apple Watch app.

Since I use AnyList to create shopping lists that can sync with my wife, I only use the Whole Foods app to scan the Prime QR code. It’s a hassle to have to pull out my iPhone, open it, find and open the app, then scan it. If the code would appear on my Apple Watch I wouldn’t even have to carry my phone with me.

Useless

DarkOnyxe

The app isn’t easily navigated which is saying a lot since it doesn’t offer anything beyond “what you could save if you have amazon prime” in terms of what’s in their stores making it more of a sales pitch than anything and the list tab gives you a basic way to type what you need in list format but you can’t see what they stock in store so you could just get yourself an app to make lists and not have to deal with the promotional aspect

Needs additional features

I would like to see your Whole Foods app be able to track purchases and have digital receipts from in-store shopping. If you are a Prime member, you scan your phone or enter your mobile number at checkout in the store. That means they should be able to link your account to your purchases. I know other grocery chains are starting to offer this feature. In addition to helping you keep a log of what you buy in case you can’t remember something you really liked, having a way to digitally view your receipts would be a good way to offer a paperless checkout process. You can choose to either get a paper receipt or just a digital copy would be added to your account. That would cut down on the amount of receipt paper WF uses and reduce their carbon footprint.

Works ????

Does this ever work ???? Can’t even log on

QR code page spinning

yetanotherenteranickname

In the past couple of months, The page with the QR code shows for perhaps a day or two then only shows the spinning wheel as if it’s trying to load. Only fix seems to be a full phone reboot. Please fix this!

Horrible. Completely useless.

Does not tie into Amazon Whole Foods shopping online. Does not remember or suggest past purchases. Search is horrible. Apparently it’s the only way to order curbside is why I checked it out. Forget curbside. I’ll use delivery instead so I don’t have to use this horrible excuse for an app.

Worthless

SkillyP

App will not allow me to change stores to my preferred location. I select store, but it defaults right back to the one I don’t want. Completely useless... Deleted!

Very few features

Doesn’t really do anything. It’s also really difficult to tell if it has worked at check out. You scan the QR code on the app and there is nothing visual to say if it has been accepted, and no record in the app of the sale.
