So what’s the point of this

mwilliams10

So this app is to let me know what is at the store, the deals they have and gives me template to be able to make a shopping list?? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard ??‍♀️

Kinda basic

Would be nice if you could filter the savings tab based on categories so you don't have to scroll through endless nonsense. Also, would be nice if it could keep track of your purchases/receipts like the Publix app.

What shopping list?

Yankee Chic

So after planning out my meals and adding all of the items to my shopping list on the app I learned the shopping list function doesn’t actually work. Please fix this.

Expected More

Siiennah

Considering Whole Foods has been taken over by Amazon, I expected a lot more from this app other than the ability to just create a grocery list. I was hoping this would allow me to place an order and do pick up, but no such luck. During the pandemic, can’t even begin to say how helpful this feature will be. Will continue to shop at the stores in my area that have this feature.

Needs Food Location

It’s a good app, but what’s the point of making a list on the app, that shows everything about the food I want, EXCEPT the aisle? Publix has the aisles on their apps, Whole Foods Market needs to add it. There are things on the app I’ve never seen in my store that I’d like to get, but have no idea where they are: the app says they’re sold at my location too.

Can’t even find “asparagus” in the search tab.

Are the developers / QA outsourced? Whether it’s sever error or not, QA should have fund it and file a P1 bug. Come on!

QR code

Would like to see QR code for Apple Watch. Otherwise, app is great!

Works well

Haven't run into issues with this app yet

Seriously needs an update!

Come on! The partnership between Amazon and WF is ripe with opportunity. I pay for my WF purchases with my Amazon Visa card. Why do I also have to give you my Numbers to linkWF purchase when the card should be enough. More than half the time the QR code doesn’t scan and I have to give thei clerk my phone number which I’m not thrilled to announce out loud in the hearing of others. There really needs to be an Apple Watch app. I use Apple Pay on my watch but I still have to fumble to pull out my phone and scan it at an awkward angle. Sometimes the case is in the way and I have to touch my screen to get to the app with hands that aren’t clean by check out time. This would be so much easier with a simple watch app I could put under the scanner. There’s so much this app could do but does not. A disappointment.

Lack of Efficiency

The.Great.God.!!

Really no use in this app if I must hope that a specific item is in stock after a 21 mile drive since there’s no other Whole Foods nearby. • No Search Cursor • Can’t Customize The Recommendations • Lack of Categorizing • Not Much To Experience Here Anything that makes a Food Market store app well worth downloading is not on this Whole Foods app. Just based of this app makes me think the size of an actual Whole Foods pretty useless as I don’t really know what’s in the store expect the 10 items that are said to be on sale on the main page. I’ll have to make a 21 mile drive and home they have the 1 item I am looking for.
