Updated to recent one and now nothing works! Can’t receive weather info or change locations

Suggestion: for your videos, if there’s something we’re supposed to “notice,” it works TONS better if the printed word directing up to “notice it” isn’t smack-dab in the middle of the screen, completely hiding that which we’re supposed to “notice.” (Duh) App still crashes when I switch from city to city. The radar STILL lags - badly. It has to cycle through a few times before it shows ~any~ weather AT ALL, and even to show any cities, etc. And if you pinch the screen, it could be ~quite~ a while. Accuracy of radar continues to be (seriously) problematic. Hourly and daily views don’t often agree (printed vs radar). The videos are mostly ridiculous, and I no longer much bother, since I know it’ll be death and destruction, global warming, political bashing and the like. The videos lag terribly, as well (bummer for those of us with a short attention span). And it it would be nice if ALL advertisers were required to have their volume at the SAME LEVEL - preferably NOT shatter my eardrums level, but the same as the preceding/following video. Why those advertisers continue to believe the increased volume is more of an attention-getter is beyond me. Frankly, if some company is willing to be that obnoxious to make a play for my disposable income, I’m inclined to question their veracity in terms of product reliability and general usefulness. Bashing my eardrums will only convince me its time to move on. I see your marketing dept is alive and well - pushing those fake 5 star ratings - multiple times a day. It’s SO obvious it’s insulting. (I’m using TWC app with IOS 11.2.6)

Inaccurate location settings, takes forever to load (when it actually does load) and sometimes won’t load any weather information. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app several times in order to get it to work.

I’m SO happy the ads that take place before EVERY video load and play with no problem, but the videos I actually want to watch take for ever to load and don’t buffer well. ??

This app is slow and glitchy. Loading ads slow down app usage causing stalling and the app closes abruptly.

I feel like everything is so off on this app, when it says on the radar that it’s snowing right now and the skies are blue I think you have a bug or two to fix ha, also when it says no snow for a week then within the next hour we get hit with a mini storm lol definitely switching weather apps

Even when I’m connected to WiFi they won’t load. Sometimes I see am something interesting to watch in their app. Nope, not going to happen. Their video ads don’t even load. Play button doesn’t appear. Something is wrong when ads don’t play.

Daily and hourly temps do NOT agree - EVER. Radar and printed (day/hourly) weather NEVER agree. Radar lags BADLY. Past and future weather get mixed up as to which is which - WHEN they FINALLY load. Your videos are incredible - incredibly terrible. Commercial will run, then you wait…and wait…and wait. And I’ve decided whomever is captioning the videos couldn’t get a job naming candle flavors or incense. Get real. And DITCH the politics. And, the ONLY reason I’m hanging on to the app is so I can do my part to keep your star rating semi-honest. It’s so blatantly obvious that the 4-5 star ratings are fake that I stick around to give you 1 star ratings (which is deserved, AND more honest). Every time I run into one of your political diatribes or global warming rants, I get on the App Store to ding another one star rating. It’s only fair. It’s a WEATHER app, right? Try sticking with that - y’all ~used~ to be good at it (notice the past tense there).
