Can’t reconnect with watch

App stopped working watch works fine need to fix app

Poor Integration

WTH REGIONS

I received this watch as a service award from my company. Even though it was free I feel like I paid too much and that I should have just picked the luggage set as my award. Previous reviews have mentioned that it syncs poorly with the app, which is true. It usually takes me a couple or three attempts at the ECG for it to save properly when I hit ‘confirm.’ Any readings initiated on the watch itself do not sync with the app at all. I understand it is not meant to be a medical device but the HR and BP readings seem to be pretty accurate compared with my standalone BP cuff so it is moderately useful. The English translation in the instructions and the app are both pretty poor. Three suggestions/requests: 1. Why does this watch not include an SpO2 reading? It clearly used IR/LED as the data collection method, it would seem obvious that it could read and calculate SpO2. 2. Allow watch-initiated readings to sync to the app when the BT connection is up, even if the app is not being used. Background app refresh should allow that. Especially with the ECG - if the wearer is experiencing an arrhythmia they might not have time to get into the app to record a session, it is much faster to just do it on the watch. 3. Please allow the ability to sync app and watch data with Apple Health Kit. It is ridiculous that the Wear Heart app does not come up as a data source in Apple Health. I give this app and watch a 1 star rating because without these improvements it is not much more than a novelty device. The sales lit for the watch makes it sound a lot more functional than it actually is. If the 3 items outlined above are added/improved, I will add a star for each one. I know this is no Apple Watch, and I never expected it to be. But if it is going to lead a purchaser to believe they will receive the same functionality, it needs to be able to deliver. This watch and app so far do not.

Works well still has working bugs

rjh5150

The bracelet to device (phone)locate has failed on every engagement even after reinstall of app and restart of device and bracelet. Please advise advanced troubleshooting procedures or instructions for a resolution. The 12/24 hr switch on the app won’t lock on so the bracelet keeps switching back to the default 24hr setting. The add a friend feature in the app does not function at all. And you can not submit feedback it always said submission failed fromany device and/or account.

Not working well.

Dear guys, just to let you know that the device is not working well. I've been using it for 4 days and it provides poor and erratic information.

Can't Connect to a device

gladuj

The app crashes consistently when attempting to connect to the smart watch. This makes it unusable.

In effective and confusing

Both the user guide, and the prompts in the app are unclear. Should be reviewed by an English speaker. I have successfully charge the watch, and paired it with my phone, but the information that shows up in the app on my phone does not change. The charger is difficult to attach to the watch for charging. I plan to return the watch.

Works Fine

Have been using it for 2 weeks and it works fine, just like it is supposed to. The manual can be hard to decipher but once you figure it out it makes sense.

App Works Well. Once you get used to it.

The app works well but there are a few hiccups in the layout and wording of the instructions. I am using this with the N58 health watch which is feature packed for the money. First the watch monitors your sleep from 23:00-08:00 each night. During that time the watch will not download sleep data to the app until outside of that window. I would like to suggest to the developer that they work on integration with some of the fitness and health tracking websites lily MyNetDiary or with Apple Health ( I know the Apple Watch is a competitor at 6x the price so apple might push back on this ). Also the medication reminder does not work. Lastly in order to get a BP reading to log you have to do an EKG.

Terrible App

marvelousmarla

Will not let you type your nick name into the app. So frustrating because it will not let you go any further to setup your app. No weight in Pounds or Height in feet and Inches. This app is horrible. Makes me want to send the watch back already .
