You rate the watch ip67 which means you can swim or shower with it on,yet you warn us not to soak it in water or swim with it on. So which is right.

The app connected successfully to the N56 watch. It does what they say it should. Does blood pressure, ecg, pulse, steps and sleep. Sleep is a bit unreliable. The rest seem to work ok. You can export the ecg fairly easily as a pdf file and it’s clear. The blood pressure is moderately accurate against an Omron machine. I’ve had it connected via Bluetooth to my iPhone 8 for over a month and it has been solid. The app needs some fixes where it comes to step targets. It sometimes get lost. Also the connection to their server is not very dependable and takes a few tries to display historic data. Not bad overall.

The reason I wanted this app was to save data for my doctor. It doesn’t save any information from day to day and only shows hourly pulse for current day.

After several attempts this app will not work. The message reads “network not available please check”. My network is working fine as this is the only app that won’t load. Very disappointing since it is the app needed for a watch I really like. If developers can get the app to work properly I will change this review but until then very disappointed.

When you register you can not put your nick name. It take all info accept your nick name so you can’t setup your account than you can’t also adjust your watch

Agree completely. App is a waist and therefore the watch I go to use it is a waist. If you can’t speak or write apps in English then keep your Chinese apps to yourself. No connectivity available because app does not work with iPhone 7 or iPad Air. Watch is therefore useless because it doesn’t sync with app to store or retrieve or send. You and your company are frauds and a very good example of why Chinese developers can’t be trusted. I am recommending that Apple remove you from their app supplier list.

My only suggestion so far is for that you give the option for US measurements, lbs feet, & inches, for example.

Well I agree with the previous commentor, that the English translation is lacking, I find the app to be relatively straight forward and useful. So far I am pleased with the function, and aesthetics of the watch, fitness tracker, this application seems to do what is designed to do.
