Not even worth one star. Unless you read and speak Chinese, you can’t get any assistance.
Don’t bother. Return the watch if you can.
WTH REGIONS
This is the most useless thing ever. The watch works as a watch but don’t expect to get any useful health data. I haven’t worn it in a week yet it still seems to be reading and recording my heart rate. The BP will not calibrate with readings input from my manual cuff. The ECG is probably ok, but again no useful data. The translation from Chinese in the app is terrible. Neither app nor watch will sync with Apple health, even though the literature for both says it syncs to iPhone. VERY misleading. None of the other functions are anything better than a $10 digital watch. Save your money and just get a Fitbit or Apple Watch. This is a waste of time and money, Apple should just remove it from the App Store and be done with it.

Just got my watch and am trying to set it up. All I get in the set up screen is blank windows. App won’t let me input height or weight. Screen doesn’t say correct time, can’t change the watch face. No where in the app is there an option for help or to contact anyone. Probably going to send it back. Very frustrating.

It won’t allow you to change your height, weight, or birthday. When you click on any of those options, it shows a white screen and no text. I’m stuck at 166 inches tall, 29 pounds, and being born in 1921. Good luck. May the odds be in your favor…

horrible functioning. doesn’t allow me to see letters or numbers when putting in information, won’t let me put the right info, according to the app i’m 16.5k inches tall and 29 pounds. this is ridiculous.

Somehow the letters have same color as background. I can’t see what I need to enter to use the app - like height, weight, date of birth etc…

I was super excited to get a smart watch. When trying to set an account you can’t see what you are inputting. When setting up your profile you can’t see anything in the drop down menus it’s just white and blank. If you hit confirm it makes it the lowest value for whatever section you are on. It would be nice if the app would actually work. Interface should be very user friendly and it is not. Otherwise, why use this watch when the app it makes you get and the things the watch supposedly does don’t work?
Can’t register in this app

When trying to sign in for the first time it gives a white screen with no Information to create an account. Then when you try to guess what they are asking for on the lines it gives an error. Not a good start to a new Christmas present

The watch does its job and for the price it is a great opportunity, the app can be improved and I think it would be good in the future if it communicated with the apple health app
