This is a good product! There were a couple of issues with firmware update and an issue with the previous app version but these have been corrected. The support is good, received two emails after their first reply to my issues to be sure it was now working properly. The key to this product is where you wear it so you don’t miss feeling it. It is so tiny and light I wear it on the neck of my tee shirt where I can not only feel it every time but can also hear it. I don’t even know it’s there until it goes off. If I’m only wearing a button up shirt I clip it just under the top button that I’m going to use, on the button side of the shirt. That way it doesn’t show when I button that button.
