Simple, elegant and works

The app is visually pleasing, intuitive to use and does the job. I'd like to see more options to select from different contacts ' email and work with 3rd party apps, and I hear that's coming. For a 1.0 version this is excellent. To the complainers remember it's a 1.0.

Overall Really Good, But…

I love the way Ditto device works and alerts me discretely of incoming text messages, notifications, and calls. However, there needs to be an option within the app that will allow me to customize my Ditto to continuously vibrate with the phone when receiving a call. I have missed a couple calls because it's easy to mistake the vibration of a call for a text message or notification. Please fix this with the option of continuous vibration for phone calls. I will change my rating to 5 stars if and when this happens. Thank you.

Wishing it worked

I’ve had trouble with Ditto quickly using up my battery storage when on. My iPhone “Standby” time drops quickly when I have Ditto on My phone battery is back to normal now that the Ditto App is off. Maybe Bluetooth’s constant search used the battery up? I’ll put the app back on my phone when they up date the software, it could be just a compatibility problem with the app and Apple software. When I put my phone in Air Plane mode then turn Air Plane off, the Ditto app has trouble keeping connected to my phone, “not connected, then connected then not connected…etc.” I’ll keep the Ditto and try it when they up date the Ditto software. I hope it improves or they have lost my support

Battery Issues

I was so excited to receive this device. All was TERRIFIC for a week, BUT then it began vibrating all the time for no reason. I tried to contact the company, but got no response. I have just replaced the battery, reset my Ditto, and am ready try again. I'm hoping that things will go better (and that the battery will last longer) this time.

It's good-4 stars from me- plus suggestions

Needs to be close to your body to feel it. The vibration is strong but it does not matter. If it's not touching you and just hanging loose in your pocket you may not feel it. It's easy to lose, needs a "last location" feature. That way I can check the app and say "oh I was at work last time it was connected" or "I was at my girlfriend's house last time it connected."

Useless piece of junk

This device drops pairing constantly, requiring a battery-removal "reset" and fails to do anything well. The app is very limited, and the Ditto itself buzzes so weakly it is barely detectable. Ditto, add some functionality to the app please: at the very least add multiple alarms...

Connecting in app not reliable

Todd from KS

Had ditto for three weeks. Seems to work fine, range is not as far as advertised. If I try to edit settings in the app, usually it says ditto is disconnected. I get into a "try again" loop. Bluetooth menu in ios 7 says ditto is connected.

Keeping disconnected and connected off and on

Please fix this issues thank you. I really need use it.

After the recent update, it won't connect.

My ditto connected once, then suddenly went on the frits. So I tried disconnecting it, went into Bluetooth to "forget the device". And now the app can't find it so I don't know what to do. It worked before, maybe I'll wait for the next update.
