Product is great but also can't connect to the Ditto any more since this update -- deleting the BT configuration for it and also deleting the device from the Ditto app didn't help. The device still isn't visible.

Great idea but not dependable. Had for about 5 months. When iOS 10.0 was released product became unreliable. Some upgrade later and all functioned ok until iOS 10.2 released a few days ago. Unstable again. When working correctly I keep the ditto in my pants pocket to backup my vibrating alerts since my phone isn't always in my hand or noticeable when on vibrate or silent. Software team needs to be more active.

Bought this for the silent alarm. After the alarm went off there was no way to cancel it in the app and I have it set to repeat every minute until I cancel the alarm. I had to turn that feature off to get the alarm to stop going off. When I tested the alarm the night before, there was an option to tap to cancel the alarm but the weird thing was, I had set the alarm for something like 9:36pm for the test and after it went off, I opened the app and the time next to the cancel option said 10:32am. As soon as I canceled it, it went back to 9:36pm. I wish there was an option to set the alarm to repeat on certain days, everyday or never. I don't like having to set my alarm every night, I just want it to go off every day.

Not Able to Connect Bluetooth successfully

It did work for a short time although it has not yet completed the options such as alarm, etc. The updater is not responsive either. Right now, even I took the battery out and out it back, it is not connecting to the Bluetooth with incomplete choice of option to apply. Is it defective? Or it is not firmware update properly. I love it but I am frustrated with it that is not intuitively friendly.

Update, Day 2: it seems to work most of the time when I set alarms in the Ditto app, but alarms don't work in at least one 3rd party app (Alarmed, in this case - go figure!). Thinking of sending it back. I just received my Ditto today and only briefly connected to my phone. There was a firmware update, but the message kept toggling between "preparing firmware" and "update," before the update failed. On a hunch, I removed the battery and gently bent the metal that contacts the side of the battery. The update then went smoothly and it hasn't disconnected once. I may slip a piece of a business card behind the metal to keep the pressure on the battery connection. The alarms could also use some work. As someone else mentioned, I set an alarm for 5:45 as a test, but the snooze was scheduled for 10:32! Haven't yet had it an hour so time will tell.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work because of an issue with Bluetooth. Please fix this so it'll be able to connect with bluetooth.

I can feel vibes and but I need add for Active911 . Because I work fireman when my phone in my pocket do nothing feel thing that why I need updates add Active911 app for Ditto
