favorite app but won’t let me log in

every single time this app updates it logs me out and will not allow me to log back in. i am able to successfully get in on a browser so it’s not a problem with my user or password. no matter how many times i submit my log in info on the app it will not let me log in at all.

I just updated the app and I can’t get my first account back. I clicked on the sign in and put my username and everything. Then it turned out that I’ve created an other account. But I don’t know how to get my first account back!! Someone help me! I’m really confused and dissatisfied right now.
Too many Ads

I used to go on WHI almost everyday and spend hours on the app. But now, I hardly ever use it because the ads are so distracting and annoying. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE! They just pop out of nowhere without even clicking on them and takes me to the App Store or to a different website. Please consider cutting down on the ads! Or I might just delete the app unfortunately.

the app overall is amazing but on numerous occasions I’ve tried to log in on my iPad and in the middle of me logging in it’ll go right back to the homescreen/ first page for log I’m in the middle of me putting my passcode in. ive logged out on every other device assuming u can’t log in on multiple accounts and it still doesn’t work. another issue is that i recently tried to log in on my iPad and i had to change the password because it’s not letting me log in even though i know for a fact i had the correct password. after i changed it, it still wouldn’t let me log in saying “incorrect password”. one last thing, i keep editing this review, i exited the app because i figured it just needed to be restarted, i open it and I’m logged in, just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, i tapped on one of my hearts and it logged me out of the account. i’m planning on not using we heart it anymore. now that I’ve logged out on my phone trying to fix the problem, it’s not letting me log into my phone either. if i don’t get a response to how this can be fixed I'm going to have to upload all of my we heart it images to Pinterest and quit WHI

This app is great but i recently got a new phone and now i can’t log in or sign up. Earlier i tried making a new account but when i clicked create it just said “error". Please fix this i would love to be able to use this app again.

I love this app been using it really long time. I created this weheartit account way back in high school and still use it,but however I been having issues logging in when I login on my mobile app or website it’s not letting me says my username or email is wrong. I changed my email and made a new password,but still have issues logging in. Now, I don’t know if I’m the only one who has this issue,but I highly recommend that you make changes
