Every time I heart an article or post it always say “No hearts” in my profile which means it clearly did not save.

This is a wonderful app that I’ve used for many years, and have also been a Heartist for many years. However, it won’t deliver my direct messages to anyone. It says they sent for a moment, but then it disappears and doesn’t appear as sent at all. Please fix this. I haven’t been able to talk to people for months, some of which are friends dear to me that I have no other way of contacting. Sincerely, @butterfliestodust

App drains my battery like no other. Within minutes of use my phone is hot to the touch and battery percentage goes down every thirty seconds.

this is my favorite app at the moment, but that being said it could be so much better. firstly, the bugs have been there for so long & haven’t been fixed. we can no longer message other users, & that is personally a really big part of the app. it lets u collab with other writers, so without that it’s impossible to reach out to other profiles. there’s also a bug that makes it so you can’t add an article u like in a collection while being in the article. you have to double tap and then add it to a collection while on the home screen, which is just inconvenient. i love this app and i know many others do to. i hope the creator fixes these bugs. it would make this app 100x better. things that could be added: 1. a group message (if we ever get messaging back) 2. writing articles on a phone

But after the recent update, it’s not letting me log back into the app.. even if I reinstall the app after deleting it.. Every time I try to log in, it goes back to the main page where it says “continue” or “log in” ?

You guys already are amazing I have one suggestion: is there anyway to Alphabetize the mobile collections instead of ordering by most recent, it’s pretty frustrating searching for a collection that might not have been active in a few weeks. That’s All Thanks ✨❤️✨❤️✨❤️✨
Can’t listen to music while in app

Every time I try to listen to music while in the app, my music just keeps pausing. Not sure if the ads randomly make that happen, or if it’s just the app. Either way it’s super annoying and causes me to not want to use this app

i like this app but i don't like while im listening to music and using this app ‘ads play’ and stop my music but nothing plays. when my music stops because an ‘ad is playing’ there is nothing playing and its silent and i have to constantly have to go resume my music but as soon as i go back and use the app while the music is playing the app stops my music again and there is still nothing playing. if it supposed to be an ad at least put an ad, if not please fix this and take it off immediately.
