Really love the app BUT please fix bug!!

When I go on the app it works for a few seconds and then it will freeze. If I close the app and wait a while then open it back up it does the same thing.

Blocked Immediately After Making Collections

I got this app after it was strongly recommended by a friend. However, right after I made a few collections (not even saving photos).... my account got blocked for no reason!!! I can’t save anything or do anything on this app. I’m furious and I want this to be changed immediately.

Logging in is very frustrating. Took several attempts to sign in the first time, then It signed me out of my account and I’m not sure why. When I try to sign in, it either says my password is incorrect (it isn’t), or it takes me back to the initial “create account/login” screen. I’ve restarted my phone, changed my password, reinstalled the app and it still isn’t working. Works fine on PC or on my mobile browser, however. Extremely annoying. Please fix this issue. I’m not the only one experiencing this.

It always logs me out and then won’t let me sign back in until it decides its done being broken. And when I am able to get into the app it is super slow and crashes. I am very disappointed.

this has been an issue forever in which no one can log into their account and can therefore not use the app. i dont understand why this hasnt been fixed

I have used this app for a while now and it suddenly logged me out. It doesn’t let me log in or make a new account. It just takes me back to the very begging. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it’s the same thing.
