App and Tech Support Horrendous

Not only do I get unable to play video messages suddenly on phone, tablet, and appleTV but the tech support’s text help was absolutely a use of my time. I was told to sign in to my service provider. Lol. Thanks! The app automatically goes to the wrong provider. Rather than noting the glitch the customer service repeated I should sign in. I suggest the customer service folks sign into their own brains. I won’t use it again and had to write this for other people out there scratching their heads when Fios asks them to sign in when you’re not a fios customer.
Poor performance

This app crashes constantly. If the video actually plays, the sound cuts out after only a few minutes. Very frustrating...
Fails to launch

I’m using an iPhone 7plus and the app fails to launch. I have to reinstall over and over for intermittent use.

This app is awful. It cuts out all the time, freezes and doesn’t catch back up so you’re not watching in real time...it makes watching any sporting event, particularly a big event, so stressful and frustrating.

This is my first review ever I just felt like I needed to save people some time. I’ve been trying to login to my provider for about 30 minutes now so I can watch Wimbledon. I have two different providers and I tried logging into both of them yet some how it says neither is valid. After wasting my time trying to make this app work. I just downloaded xfinity streaming logged in successfully with the same credentials I was putting into this app and within a minute I was watching. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Improved. Not as much freezing, it does have periods when it is quite blurry BUT I do see improvements
Worst Sports App

This is by far the worst sports app out there. The stream is constantly freezing and buffering. I always cringe anytime I see a sporting event on ESPN knowing it is going to be a terrible experience because of their horrendous app.
Old app was okay this one not so much
In NC Mountains
Before the last few updates app was okay. Now I have to delete and reinstall the app almost daily to get it to somewhat work. Last delete was the final delete. I'll not reinstall until I read of some improvements.

I just started the app and there's a girl talking about being bullied. I wanted to watch baseball.

This app is terrible, I haven’t been able to watch a live F-1 race nor the replay. It gives me an authorized to watch content message.
